As a Senior Implementation Manager, you will work as part of the Transformation and Delivery Team, turning transformation strategy into clear delivery plans that support our wider business strategy and five-year plan. You will be responsible for assessing and managing portfolio change impact and will lead implementation of strategically important initiatives across all business functions, ensuring new systems, processes and ways of working are embedded effectively and sustainably.

Your responsibilities as a Senior Implementation Manager:

  • Lead the practical design and implementation of transformation initiatives, including operating model, digital, data, process and governance changes.
  • Translate strategic objectives into clear implementation plans, milestones, readiness activity, deployment approaches and adoption measures.
  • Coordinate business, technology, operational and third-party workstreams across the portfolio to align delivery activity, manage dependencies and support successful outcomes.
  • Partner with senior leaders and operational teams to assess business readiness and prepare impacted areas for new systems, processes and ways of working.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, workshops, training, cutover planning and transition activity to support adoption and embed sustainable change.
  • Track implementation progress, risks, issues, adoption and benefits realisation, applying lessons learned to strengthen delivery standards and continuous improvement.

Experience / Knowledge:

  • Extensive experience supporting the development and implementation of transformation strategy aligned to business strategy, multi-year planning and target operating model change.
  • Strong track record of delivering operating model change across complex, multi-functional or operational environments, from strategic design through to adoption and embedment.
  • Experience developing and managing implementation plans, readiness assessments, cutover plans, transition activity, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders, business experts, project and technology teams and third-party providers to deliver integrated outcomes aligned to strategic priorities.

Qualifications:

  • Professional qualification in project management (e.g., MSP, PMP, PRINCE2) or equivalent, demonstrable experience leading large-scale transformation and operating model change.
  • Evidence of continuous professional development in transformation strategy, transformation delivery, implementation management, operating model change, business readiness or leadership.
