Stem Recruitment have a new opportunity for a Product Development Project Coordinator for a medical manufacturer based in Glasgow.

This rolefocuses on managing packaging, contract products and product specifications to support new product development (NPD) within regulatory and quality frameworks.

It ensures alignment across cross-functional teams and timely progress through approval workflows.

Principal duties:
Create, maintainand update packaging and product specifications within Q-Pulse, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to approval
Drive specifications through defined Q-Pulse workflows, ensuringtimelyprogression through draft, review, approvaland release stages
Manage specification updates via formal Change Control, ensuring full traceability, versioncontroland audit readiness
Manage relationships with contract manufacturers to oversee the development and successful delivery of new products.

Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in a scientific, technical, quality, regulatory, or business-related discipline.

Managing product specifications, artwork approval processes, and controlled documentation within an FMCG, healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer goods environment.

Coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely approval, release, and maintenance of product information.

Strong document control and change management skills, including the management of specifications, artwork, and product data.

Proficient in the use of Q-Pulse, ERP systems, Microsoft Office applications, and other document management systems.
