Are you an experienced Payroll Specialist looking to take ownership of payroll processes within a growing international business? This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic HR team during a period of transformation and growth.

As Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of UK payroll while coordinating with external payroll providers across Europe and the USA. This newly created role offers the chance to help shape payroll operations, support the implementation of a new HR and payroll system, and contribute to the development of reward and benefits initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end UK payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Validate and oversee payroll delivered by third-party providers across multiple countries.
  • Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation and relevant international requirements.
  • Work closely with HR, Finance and external partners to deliver payroll accurately and on time.
  • Support payroll reporting, auditing and data analysis.
  • Identify and implement payroll process improvements.
  • Assist with compensation, benefits and reward-related projects.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end UK payroll.
  • Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance.
  • Experience working with third-party payroll providers.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach.
  • Experience with multi-country payroll would be highly advantageous.
  • Exposure to payroll systems implementation projects is desirable.
