What You'll Do

Be the face of the organisation for passengers-creating a safe, welcoming experience.
Check and issue tickets, handle cash and card transactions accurately.
Patrol trains, manage busy conditions, and assist with customer queries.
Support passengers with disabilities, including using a portable ramp (up to 15kg) when required.

What We're Looking For

A people person who thrives on delivering exceptional customer service.
Confidence to handle challenges and resolve conflicts positively.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
Cash handling and customer-facing experience is desirable-but full training provided .
