At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join our Global Content Operations team. In this role, you’ll help us create clarity, consistency, and efficiency across our global content function, using Adobe Workfront. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Thought Leadership, and other teams to ensure our content initiatives are well-planned, prioritised, and delivered on time. From managing content requests and improving workflows to helping teams adopt shared tools and processes, you’ll ensure everything runs smoothly. You’ll also help us explore how AI can improve productivity and personalise our content.
How you'll make an impact
Working closely with the Senior Manager of Global Content Operations, you’ll help forecast demand, allocate resources, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently. You’ll also collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align projects with strategic priorities and maintain Gallagher’s high standards.

- Managing content requests, via Adobe Workfront, and ensuring clarity around scope, timing, and resources.
- Supporting the adoption of tools and workflows to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Partnering with teams to ensure projects are well-planned and delivered on time.
- Helping to embed AI tools and practices to enhance content creation and workflows.
- Monitoring team capacity and identifying opportunities for improvement.
About You
Here’s what you’ll bring to the role:
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in content operations, project management, or campaign delivery within a marketing or agency environment.
- Experience of Adobe Workfront digital work management system.
- A track record of improving workflows, prioritisation, and resource management.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
- A practical approach to balancing quality, speed, and stakeholder needs.
- An interest in exploring AI-enabled tools and workflows is a plus.
