This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver, HGV Class 2 Driver, LGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Tipper Driver, Rigid Driver, Lorry Driver, Construction Driver or Bulk Haulage Driver .

Day-to-Day Duties
As an HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver, your duties will include but not be limited to:
• Safely operating a Class 2 tipper vehicle to customer and site locations • Completing tipper deliveries safely and efficiently • Loading and unloading materials where required • Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects • Completing delivery paperwork accurately and on time • Following planned routes and delivery schedules • Adhering to all road transport legislation and health and safety procedures • Communicating effectively with transport planners, customers and site staff • Maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service at all times
Essential Skills
To be successful as an HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver, you will need:
• A valid UK Category C Driving Licence • A valid CPC Qualification Card • A valid Digital Tachograph Card • No more than six penalty points for minor offences (no IN, DR, DD or CD endorsements) • A reliable, professional and punctual attitude • Good communication and customer service skills • A good understanding of road transport legislation and driver compliance • The ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team
Desirable Experience
• Previous tipper driving experience • Previous commercial Class 2 driving experience • Experience within construction, aggregates or bulk haulage • Customer-facing delivery experience
Training Provided
• Industry-related training and ongoing support throughout your assignment
