As Assistant Manager, you'll support the Store Manager in leading a busy fashion retail store. You'll play a key role in delivering commercial success, creating an engaging shopping experience and ensuring the store always looks its best. You'll lead by example on the shop floor, inspire your team to deliver excellent customer service and use your commercial awareness to drive sales and maximise KPI performance.

- Excellent visual merchandising skills
- Experience coaching and developing retail teams
- Energy, enthusiasm and a hands on leadership style
- Experience within a fast paced, high volume retail environment would be an advantage.
