We are recruiting a General Practice Surveyor to join a respected social housing provider, dealing with land transfers/disposals, encroachment disputes as well as lettings, property management and landlord and tenant matters. This role will be based within Lichfield and will require someone to be on site 3 days or 5 days a week!
What's on offer:
- £350-£400 per day

Key responsibilities include:
- Commercial lease renewals
- Property management
- Encroachment disputes
- Land transfers/disposals
- Rent reviews
- General Landlord & Tenant advisory work
- Supporting wider general practice instructions as required
- Preparation of professional advice and reports
- Managing instructions from start to completion
The successful General Practice Surveyor will have:
- Previous experience within general practice surveying in local authorities
- MRICS qualified (desirable)
- Proven experience in commercial landlord and tenant work
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
- A full UK driving licence
