A multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in North East. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy delivering award-winning projects. They operate across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial, student accommodation, leisure, retail, care and retirement projects across the North East ranging up to £80m.

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering construction projects as Senior Quantity Surveyor
  • Experience working with consultancy or building contractor
  • Great communication and organisation skills
  • Construction related qualifications

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Senior Quantity Surveyor.
