Imperial Personnel are currently recruiting for full-time Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Gainsborough, who are going through a strong period of growth. Our client is a well-established and respected supplier of egg products. You'll be working on-site at their modern facility, focused on egg packaging and distribution.
The Role
As a Production Operative, you'll play an important part in the day-to-day operation, working on a production line and supporting with egg sorting and egg mayonnaise production. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment.
Duties include:
- Placing and removing boxes from machinery
- Stacking boxes and pallet wrapping
- Working on fast production lines
- Packaging products to required standards
- Making food products
- Cleaning equipment and work areas
- Checking products for quality and reporting any issues
Pay: £12.86 per hour

Requirements:
