The Barn at Severn and Wye Smokery Ltd is a beautifully classic, yet stylish and relaxed dining restaurant, food hall and café in the heart of Forest of Dean - Gloucestershire. Showcasing the very best shellfish and seafood the UK has to offer, from fresh oysters, octopus, and lobster to our delicious smoked salmon, all included in the incredible a la carte menu.
We are currently looking for an experienced and highly professional, forward-thinking and commercially aware Front of House Staff to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to support the development of our delicatessen, restaurant, retail outlet and team in the Severn and Wye Smokery style. The successful candidate must be very approachable, knowledgeable, hands-on, meticulous with a desire to work hard. It is also necessary for the candidate to have good attention to detail and proven ability to work effectively under pressure without direct supervision.
