Location: South West you may be located in Bristol, Reading, Southampton, Plymouth and surrounding areas
Salary: £38-£60k, depending on target and experience, Company vehicle or allowance

You may have worked within: Hazardous Waste Management, Chemical Waste Disposal, Industrial & Manufacturing Waste Services, Clinical & Healthcare Waste, Environmental Compliance Services, Industrial Cleaning & Tank Cleaning, Emergency Spill Response, Waste Recovery & Resource Management, Industrial Services & Site Maintenance The Role This is an exciting opportunity to drive new business growth across a portfolio of hazardous waste collection, treatment, recovery and disposal solutions.
You'll be responsible for identifying new customers, developing existing accounts, and providing compliant waste management solutions that meet customers' environmental and operational requirements.
Working closely with industrial, manufacturing, chemical and commercial clients, you'll become a trusted advisor, ensuring they remain compliant while delivering cost-effective and sustainable hazardous waste solutions.
Key Responsibilities Develop and secure new business opportunities across your territory.
Build and grow long-term relationships with existing customers.
Promote a comprehensive range of hazardous waste management services, including collection, treatment, recycling and disposal.
Identify customer waste streams and provide compliant, commercially viable solutions.
Work closely with operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery.
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts and manage the full sales process.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and business objectives.
Represent the business professionally, maintaining a strong understanding of environmental legislation and industry best practice.
What We're Looking For Proven business development or field sales experience within Hazardous Waste Management, Industrial Services or Environmental Services.
Strong understanding of hazardous waste legislation and compliance requirements would be highly advantageous.
Experience selling hazardous waste collection, treatment, disposal or recycling solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions for customers.
Full UK driving licence.
You may have previously worked as a Business Development Manager, Business Development Consultant, Sales Consultant, Territory Sales Manager, Field Sales Executive, Key Account Manager or Environmental Sales Executive within Hazardous Waste, Chemical Waste, Industrial Waste, Environmental Services, Recycling, Industrial Cleaning, Site Services or Waste Management.
