You will be responsible for overseeing electrical installations, producing electrical certification and documentation, supporting hazardous area equipment builds, and mentoring workshop staff to ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standard.
This role would suit a Time Served Electrician or Electrical Engineer with a strong electrical installation or maintenance background, who is EX01-EX04 qualified.
The Role- Provide electrical support to workshop staff, ensuring work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
- Oversee electrical equipment installation within a manufacturing environment
- Produce electrical documentation and certification for units under build
- Ensure compliance with hazardous area installation requirements (ATEX / IECEx)
- Assist in the preparation and execution of FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) procedures
- Support the production of ATEX and associated certification documentation
- Supervise and mentor team members and contractors when required
Monday to Thursday, 7:30 - 4, 3:30 finish on a Friday.
The Person- Time-served Electrician or qualified Electrical Engineer
- Knowledge of ATEX and IECEx standards
- CompEx EX01-EX04 qualified
