What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients across a range of industries
- Designing solutions across Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments
- Providing technical oversight and assurance on projects (including challenging 3rd parties where needed)
- Working closely with delivery teams to ensure designs are implemented properly
- Leading and mentoring a multi-disciplinary tech team
- Supporting escalations and bringing structure to complex environments
What we're looking for:
- Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Previous team management / leadership experience
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder skills
- Solid technical background in:
- Azure
- Microsoft 365
- Infrastructure (e.g. networking, VMware, Citrix)
- Experience as a Solutions / Service / Enterprise Architect or Senior Consultant
- Someone confident enough to challenge and influence
