The Role

  • Servicing and maintaining fire alarm and access control systems
  • Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently
  • Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
  • Completing small installation and remedial works
  • Providing excellent customer service while ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Working independently across a variety of commercial client sites

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience within the fire and security industry
  • Proven experience servicing fire alarm and access control systems
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
  • Experience carrying out small installation works
  • Knowledge of PPM schedules and maintenance procedures
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A full UK driving licence
  • Relevant fire or security industry certifications (desirable but not essential)
