We're looking for a Bar Manager who genuinely loves leading a team and creating brilliant experiences for guests. You'll run our show bar operation, managing everything from scheduling and budgets to coaching and developing your team. This isn't a desk job; you'll be hands-on, visible, and actively involved in making things happen.

What You'll Do- Lead your team: Motivate and coach your team to deliver brilliant experiences whilst managing performance and supporting their growth.

- Maintain standards: Keep everything running safely, compliantly, and to company standards.

- Experience in roles such as Bar Manager, Venue Manager, or a similar leadership position in Food & Beverage.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
