The role of the Account Manager Commercial Signage will involve:
- Internal Account Manager position building relationships with existing clients for a high quality manufactured range of signage products.
- This role will also involve project management, ensuring successful control and completion of projects in a timely and professional manner.
- Pro-actively calling accounts to inform them of new product ranges and providing consultative advice with a view to grow revenue.
- Responding to incoming sales enquiries predominantly by telephone and some email correspondence.
- Responsible for creating proposals and quotations, identifying opportunities and servicing accounts as required.
- Building and developing strong, long lasting relationships with customers and clients.
- Working closely with the internal team and existing account managers.
The ideal applicant will be an Account Manager Commercial Signage with:
- Must have extensive experience within the signage sector, ideally working on commercial projects.
- Must have a proven track record in account management, building and growing relationships and project management.
- Competent individual with the ability to resolve most customer queries independently.
- Comfortable with being on the telephone and liaising with customers.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- High levels of attention to detail and organisation.
- IT literate (Microsoft Office).
- Driven, hungry, and adaptable individual.
