Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with essential daily activities.
- Providing crucial emotional support.
Contracts & Structured Schedule
We offer flexibility with structured scheduling for a great work-life balance:
- Full-Time Contracts: Available at 37.5 or 15 hrs + hours a week.
- Mandatory Availability: All applicants must be able to work on a rota system (FT or PT) over 7 days a week.
- Predictable Rota: All services require 24hr care, but rotas are prepared at least 4 weeks in advance for better personal planning.
Shift Details:
- Days: Between 07:00 - 22:00
- Sleep-ins: 22:00 - 07:00 *There is also a sleep-in enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20
- Sleep-In Pay: An enhanced flat rate payment of £62.45 is paid per sleep-in shift.
