We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Applications & Business Systems Lead to oversee a portfolio of business-critical platforms that support operations across a growing international organisation. This position is responsible for ensuring enterprise applications are reliable, secure, integrated and continuously evolving to meet changing business needs. You'll work closely with stakeholders across multiple business functions to improve processes, deliver technology enhancements and maximise the value of existing systems. This is a hands-on leadership role combining solution design, application ownership, supplier management and technical delivery.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of enterprise business applications.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
- Own the roadmap for core business systems, balancing operational support with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Oversee system integrations, data quality and information governance across multiple platforms.
- Ensure business applications remain secure, stable and compliant with organisational standards.
- Manage application upgrades, enhancements and change initiatives.
- Drive adoption of business systems through process improvement, documentation and user enablement.
- Develop reporting and analytical capabilities that improve operational visibility and decision making.
- Coordinate internal technical resources alongside external delivery partners and software vendors.
- Lead a small technical team, supporting development, prioritisation and performance.
