We are currently hiring for Production Operatives for a manufacturing site in the Segensworth area. The roles are due to start on either Sunday 9 August or Sunday 23 August and will run until November/December with the possibility of a permanent role.
We have the following shifts available:
- Night - 10pm to 6am

Responsibilities
- Use warehouse management systems to locate, pick, and verify items for order fulfillment
- Select products with precision, ensuring accuracy in picking orders according to specifications
- Stock shelves efficiently, maintaining organized storage areas for easy access and inventory control
- Prepare shipments by packing items securely and labeling packages correctly for shipping & receiving processes
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before dispatching
Skills
- Proven experience in materials picking, packing or warehouse operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and order processing
- Computer literate (Essential)
- Physical strength for heavy lifting and load/unload tasks; stamina for extended periods of movement within the warehouse
- Attention to detail for accurate picking and quality control checks
