With 9 cosy bedrooms, a fantastic bar, restaurant and courtyard garden, it's known locally for its excellent food and warm welcome. The site benefits from tourists visiting the area due to its proximity to Highclere Castle, known for being the home of the Crawley family in Downton Abbey.

Nestled amidst the rolling hills and verdant landscapes of Kingsclere, Bel and The Dragon stands as a timeless gem within this charming town. The building's historical architecture and cozy interior provide a welcoming haven for both locals and visitors alike. From the neighbouring horse racing crowd or from the many shooting parties, the spirit of community flourishes within the walls of Bel and The Dragon. The new General Manager must be the face of the business with exceptional customer service skills, whilst also possessing the ability to adapt to the seasonal trends and the peaks in the business. The drive to get out and about and push sales further in both the corporate and leisure market is also a must.

We are looking for a General Manager who has a proven track record executing large events and experience of juggling multiple revenue streams in a multifaceted business.
