You will be joining us as a Designate Practice Manager covering an area of Hampshire including Southsea, Havant, Alsford, Bedhampton and Fareham.

Working across the region you will be able to support our practices to deliver continued success. Practices vary in size from 3-6 surgeries equipped with the latest equipment. Parking is available.

Your future, your role
As a Practice Manager, you will be:
- Driving your practices performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
- Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
- Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
- Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
