Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join their friendly and supportive care team. The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care and supporting residents to live with dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life. Working alongside a skilled multidisciplinary team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans.
  • Administering medication safely and in accordance with NMC guidelines.
  • Monitoring residents' health and responding appropriately to changing clinical needs.
  • Promoting residents' dignity, independence, choice, and wellbeing.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
  • Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse within a care setting.
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and nursing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach.
  • The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
