Switch Car Rental are recruiting for a Purchasing Administrator in our Fleet Department based at our Exeter Head Office.

Your role as a Purchasing Administrator is to liaison with suppliers to ensure new vehicle product delivered to rental locations.

The key responsibilities include: Daily liaison with multiple vehicle suppliers via phone, mail and bespoke systems Liaison with internal customers and staff on vehicle arrivals Ensure accurate timely supply of all agreed new vehicle product Report any delays from plan Achievement of all relevant KPIs Maintaining internal databases and spreadsheets Personal Attributes Attention to detail Excellent communication skills The ability to work as part of a team as well as independently Positive attitude and solution focused Skills, Experience and/or Qualifications Required No previous experience necessary, although previous administration experience preferable Basic MS knowledge preferable Hours of work Monday Friday Between the hours of 8am and 5pm Benefits Long Service Award scheme Cycle to work scheme Discounted car hire rates Switch Savings Discounts at various retail shops/supermarkets Two paid staff events across the year Free on-site parking Close to bus routes Free on-site gym If you feel this role is for you then apply today!
