Were recruiting on behalf of a well-established high-end bespoke joinery manufacturer looking for an experienced Bench Joiner to join their workshop team based in Evesham.

The role will involve manufacturing a wide range of high-quality bespoke joinery and furniture for luxury residential and commercial projects.

The Role
Manufacture bespoke joinery and furniture from technical drawings.

Produce high-quality cabinetry, doors, panelling and fitted furniture.

Work with a range of hardwoods, softwoods, veneers and sheet materials.

Work accurately to drawings, dimensions and specifications.

Use traditional hand tools alongside modern woodworking machinery.

Maintain a consistently high standard of workmanship.

Work closely with the wider workshop and production team to meet project deadlines.

Requirements
Previous experience as a Bench Joiner / Cabinet Maker within a workshop environment.

Strong background in high-end bespoke joinery or furniture manufacturing.

Confident reading and working from technical drawings.

Good knowledge of traditional and modern joinery construction methods.

Experience producing cabinetry, fitted furniture, doors or architectural joinery.

Competent using woodworking machinery and hand tools.
