We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Service Coordinator to join our Power team in Erith.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in coordinating our Mobile Service Engineers, ensuring customers receive a responsive, efficient and first-class service.
About the role As a Service Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operation, planning engineer schedules, responding to customer enquiries and ensuring service requests are managed efficiently from start to finish.
You'll work closely with customers, engineers and internal teams to keep work running smoothly, resolve any service issues and provide an outstanding customer experience.

What you'll be doing Coordinating the daily schedules of Mobile Service Engineers.
Managing customer enquiries and service requests by telephone and email.
Ensuring work is planned efficiently to meet customer expectations and business priorities.
Resolving service issues quickly and professionally.
Building strong relationships with customers through excellent communication.
Working closely with engineers and operational teams to deliver an exceptional service.
Supporting continuous improvement across the department.
