Our client is seeking a motivated Lettings Negotiator to join their market-leading office in Epsom. The successful candidate will be professional, well-presented, and highly driven, with a strong focus on delivering results. They will be self-motivated, proactive, and committed to providing exceptional customer service. Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register and qualify prospective tenants, understanding their property requirements and matching them to suitable properties.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings, providing professional advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Negotiate tenancy agreements between landlords and tenants to achieve successful outcomes for all parties.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and prospective clients.
- Manage enquiries via telephone, email, and in person, always delivering exceptional customer service.
- Keep applicants updated on new property instructions and market developments.
- Assist landlords with pricing advice and market appraisals where appropriate.
- Progress tenancy applications, referencing, and associated paperwork through to completion.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant lettings legislation and company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and update the CRM system with client and property information.
- Work towards and exceed individual and branch performance targets.
