We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Service Management Specialist to help drive the continued growth of our ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management proposition. The role will combine business development, ServiceNow licensing advisory, implementation advisory and sales enablement, supporting both existing customers and new business opportunities.
The successful candidate will act as a ServiceNow subject matter expert across the wider sales organisation, helping account teams identify opportunities, qualify and shape requirements, and work alongside pre-sales teams to develop commercially compelling solutions. A key focus of the role will be increasing internal awareness and adoption of the ServiceNow proposition, while developing a growing pipeline of enterprise and public sector opportunities. The current pipeline has a strong public sector focus, with several significant opportunities already in progress. The successful candidate will play an important role in converting these opportunities while developing a repeatable growth model, particularly within public sector accounts where successful reference customers can generate further opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- ServiceNow Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop ServiceNow opportunities across existing customer accounts and net-new business.
- Support the wider sales community on all ServiceNow opportunities, providing specialist knowledge, guidance and commercial input.
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of ServiceNow and Enterprise Service Management opportunities.
- Develop relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and public sector organisations.
- Licensing & Implementation Advisory
- Provide ServiceNow licensing advisory to customers and internal sales teams.
- Advise customers on licensing requirements, platform capabilities and potential optimisation opportunities.
- Provide implementation advisory, helping customers understand the requirements, approach, benefits and potential outcomes of ServiceNow programmes.
- Internal Sales Enablement & Brand Awareness
- Develop awareness and understanding of the ServiceNow proposition across the wider sales organisation.
- Building ServiceNow brand awareness internally across the sales organisation.
- Delivering internal ServiceNow roadshows and presentations to sales teams and management.
- Educating Account Managers and sales teams on ServiceNow capabilities, licensing, implementation and available propositions.
- Helping sales teams identify ServiceNow opportunities within their existing customer portfolios.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- 3–4+ years of ServiceNow-specific experience, ideally within a sales, advisory, consulting, licensing or solution-focused role.
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its key capabilities.
- Experience with ServiceNow licensing and licensing advisory.
- Experience providing ServiceNow implementation and/or advisory guidance.
- Demonstrable experience identifying, qualifying and progressing ServiceNow opportunities.
- Experience working with pre-sales and technical teams to scope and develop solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of enterprise technology sales.
- Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders and developing value-led propositions.
- Proven ability to build relationships across both existing accounts and net-new customers.
- Experience working within an IT reseller, MSP, systems integrator, consultancy, software vendor or ServiceNow partner environment.
