  • Your standard working hours will be Monday to Thursday (06:30 - 16:00) and Friday (06:30 - 15:00) for a 44-hour week, with a requirement to be flexible and work weekends when maintenance or breakdown response is required.

  • Take ownership of all engineering matters on-site, including designing and optimising production processes, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and managing departmental budgets.

Equipment Maintenance & Installation:

  • Install new machinery and proactively maintain existing equipment to ensure maximum availability, diagnosing defects and testing all repairs before equipment is handed back to operations.

  • To succeed in this role, you must bring a strong blend of technical engineering expertise, specialised compliance knowledge, and the leadership skills necessary to drive site performance.

Experience:

  • You have proven practical experience working in a food factory as a food production engineer or maintenance engineer within high-speed manufacturing environments.
