Deliver one-to-one mentoring and targeted GCSE English intervention.

Guide students with UCAS applications, personal statements, CV writing, apprenticeships and post-18 pathways.

Organise university visits, careers events, enrichment opportunities and work experience.

Work alongside teachers, families and external agencies to improve student outcomes.

Maintain safeguarding records and contribute to the school's pastoral and wellbeing provision.

The successful Pastoral Support Mentor will be a graduate with ambitions to pursue teaching, Educational Psychology or another education-focused career.

Previous experience supporting young people is desirable but not essential.
