The predicted salary is between 35000 - 42000 £ per year.

To provide technical oversight and a quality assurance function across the Client's domestic gas servicing, repair, and heating replacement programmes.

To deliver an audit and inspection programme, validating and monitoring the quality of gas repair and installation works across the housing portfolio, including capital projects, new-build developments, and regeneration schemes.

To provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues on domestic gas boiler servicing, hot water and heating systems, ground source heat pumps, and associated equipment.

To undertake surveys and inspections of existing systems, producing feasibility studies and business cases to support asset investment programmes and innovation initiatives.

To act as Contract Administrator for small-scale project works (up to a value of £50,000), under the supervision of the Head of Compliance and M&E.

To review operation and maintenance (O&M) information in liaison with Compliance Delivery Officers and the Compliance & M&E Manager, ensuring planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes are reviewed and updated, and that all systems are subject to appropriate maintenance, testing, and inspection regimes.

To maintain relevant professional qualifications at all times and undertake further training or accreditation as required by the Head of M&E and Compliance, supporting the Client's statutory obligations as a landlord.

Candidates must possess a full UK driving licence and have access to their own vehicle.

Mileage expenses will be reimbursed for travel undertaken within the borough for inspections and site visits.

Commuting costs are not covered.
