With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community, our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Supervisor to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and mentor a team of Care Assistants.
- Conduct care assessments, reviews, and risk assessments.
- Develop, implement, and update person-centred care plans.
- Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and quality assurance visits.
- Support the recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of care staff.
- Liaise effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.
- Participate in the on-call rota when required.
About You
- Has previous experience as a Care Supervisor, Senior Carer, or Team Leader within domiciliary care.
- Has a strong understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care.
- Has excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- Is confident using electronic care planning systems.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
