Senior Architectural Technician

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 Location: Ellesmere Port We are seeking a Senior Architectural Technician to join our team on a three-month contract.

The primary objective of this role is to produce house type working drawings and details that meet the requirements of our customers and current regulations, ensuring accuracy and user-friendliness across all departments.

Day-to-day of the role: Produce various types of drawings including house type planning drawings, house type working drawings, standard details, and site-specific details as required.

Ensure that the drawings and details produced are economical, practical, and meet the necessary standards.

Provide technical backup to all departments within the organisation.

Manage and control external consultants to ensure timely delivery of required outputs.

Check and verify information for various departments as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Clear understanding of current Building Regulations and relevant standards.

Strong construction knowledge and detailing skills.

Proven ability to manage timescales and deadlines effectively.

Experience in managing and controlling external consultants.

Proficiency in producing detailed drawings and plans as required.
