As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will have: Experience working with children or young people with SEN.

A compassionate and patient nature, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to inspire and motivate students.

An understanding of SEN strategies and interventions.

A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the diverse needs of students.

A relevant qualifications or certifications are desirable but not essential.
