Pay: Earn £14.10 per hour, overtime rates of £21.15 paid after 37.5 hours per week.

Weekends paid at £21.15 Rates are PAYE, 28 days holiday per year which increase with length of service.

Shifts: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours, 6am - 2pm.

Some overtime will be required.

Responsibilities: Delivering exceptional customer service.

Ensuring safe and professional operations in line with client standards.

Support site management with compliance including inventory, financial, health & safety and transport Liaise with the workshop and customer service teams to ensure the effective routing and use of all vehicles Liaising with customers and engineers to resolve issues at delivery points Handling customer complaints Reconcile loads Reporting and updating driver feedback data General admin duties Outdoor site safety checks and outdoor compliance checks daily in all weathers

Requirements: Outstanding customer service Experience of working in a transport office preferred with knowledge of drivers hours, rules and regulations Computer literate Successful candidates require a DBS check.

Details: The role is due to start immediately and is a temp to perm position.
