At Atos, we deliver end-to-end digital transformation programmes for some of the UK's leading organisations. Our System Integration (SI) practice brings together architecture, engineering, and delivery expertise to enable complex, large-scale technology change across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end technology leadership across the System Integration programme (Heritage & Portals)
- Define and enforce architecture, engineering, and integration standards across delivery teams
- Lead large-scale migration and transformation activities, including development, testing, and data migration
- Establish and maintain governance frameworks for technical architecture and change management
- Act as the senior technical representative in stakeholder forums, engaging with client leadership and partners
Skills we can't do without
- Proven experience leading large-scale system integration and transformation programmes
- Strong background in enterprise architecture and complex application delivery environments
- Experience within Financial Services or regulated environments
- Demonstrated capability in technical governance, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership
- Hands-on expertise in migration programmes (legacy to modern platforms)
Skills we'd like
- Experience with Sapiens Consolidation Manager / Pensions Management Platforms
- Knowledge of Pega platforms or similar CRM/workflow technologies
Additional Requirements
Candidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain BPSS clearance.
Location: Hybrid working model, with up to 3 days per week on-site in Edinburgh required.
