Recruitment Sales Consultant Are you looking for a new role working within an office environment and enjoy getting out & about meeting new people?

We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our team in Driver Hire Edinburgh who will be here to support, mentor and train you to become proficient in the daily running of the business as well as building a successful desk of clients.

  • Your duties will include but not limited to;
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing calls
  • Managing own and office emails
  • Understanding of interviewing candidates
  • Generating leads and winning new business
  • Developing relationships with existing clients
  • Arranging and attending client meetings face to face
  • Cross-selling a range of services
  • Data Cleansing our in house system
  • Social Media posting and interactions
  • Attending networking events and local job fayres
  • Daily and weekly admin tasks
  • Participation in our 24/7 on call service on a rotation basis - Providing excellent customer service at all times

A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.

As this is a combined recruitment and sales focussed role, you will be responsible for your own workload so good organisational and time-management skills are essential as well as excellent customer service skills.

Previous experience working within customer service, sales, recruitment or logistics would be advantageous.

Full training and support will be provided covering our business, Driver Hires in-house I.

System and transport related legislation with a mix of on the job shadowing, training modules and our new Sales Academy.

Hours and pay; Full time Office hours are Monday to Friday, 0900-1700 (office based EH12) Starting salary of £ 23,500 basic per annum plus uncapped bonus and commission OTE £30k+ within first year and progressing thereafter
