This role is being advertised by Brightwork who are recruiting for our clients sites based in Edinburgh and we require temporary PVG Chefs.
Please note these roles require membership of the PVG Scheme to work in regulated sites.
Your Time at Work
Our health care clients based in Edinburgh and the Lothians have immediate requirements for Chefs working on a temporary basis on short term OR interim term OR long term assignments with our clients.
Main duties include preparation and cooking of all meals, stock control, HAACP duties, any other duties.
Our Perfect Worker
Interested candidates must have previous Chef experience; ideally qualified to SVQ Level 2 or equivalent.
Must have a valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum).
