Contemporary 4-star hotel, situated on the western outskirts of the city, near Hermiston Gait is looking for a full time F&B Team Leader to be in charge of restaurant, bar or M&E teams and services as scheduled . While you will mainly work during afternoons, some breakfast shift will also be required.
We offer:
Salary £13.41 / h + generous service charge (*could add £2 per hour)
£500 signing bonus, paid after successfully completing probationary period

Requirements
Solid experience in a restaurant or similar quality hotel environment in a leadership role.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire and manage a team effectively.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and culinary practices.
Outstanding communication skills for interacting with guests and staff alike.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Expertise in beverages such as local gin, whisky and/or wine selection is desirable.

Responsibilities
Supervise daily breakfast, restaurant, bar and M&E services to ensure guest satisfaction.
Lead and motivate the front-of-house teams to achieve targets.
Drive sales, promotions and upsells with his/her team.
Train new staff members on restaurant procedures and customer service excellence.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards.
Manage inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Dealing with payments.
Driving sales, promotions and upsells with his/her team.
