The Role
As the Systems Coordinator, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day management, maintenance and development of the company's business systems. Working closely with internal teams and external IT providers, you'll ensure systems operate efficiently, securely and continue to meet the evolving needs of the business. This is a varied position offering exposure to a wide range of technologies, making it ideal for someone who enjoys identifying improvements, analysing data and implementing new solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary contact for the company's outsourced IT provider.
- Manage relationships with external technology partners to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain network security, supporting business continuity and data protection.
- Support, maintain and develop the company's ERP system (Khaos Control experience advantageous).
- Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases.
- Support and enhance Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI solutions.
- Manage remote access software and integrated third-party business applications.
- Develop and maintain databases, ensuring accurate reporting and accessible business information.
- Produce reports and analyse data to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and business performance.
- Maintain IT policies, procedures and technical documentation.
- Ensure systems remain compliant with company standards and industry best practice.
We're looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience in a Systems Coordinator, Systems Administrator, IT Support or similar role.
- Experience supporting ERP systems (Khaos Control or similar would be beneficial).
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Automate and Power BI.
- An understanding of network security and business continuity principles.
- Strong database management and reporting skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise across all areas of the business.
- A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.
