We are seeking an enthusiastic and hands-on Catering Truck Manager to lead an exciting new mobile catering offer within our vibrant independent school community. This is a unique opportunity to shape and run a versatile catering operation, serving pupils, parents, and staff across a range of settings.

The Role

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of our new catering truck, delivering high-quality, fresh, and appealing food across multiple service points, including:

  • Boarders' suppers
  • Match teas for pupils and parents
  • Additional tuck shop provision
  • Pop-up food offers across the school site

You will play a key role in creating a dynamic and engaging food experience that complements school life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of the catering truck operation
  • Plan and prepare menus suitable for varied audiences
  • Deliver excellent food quality and presentation
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and compliance
  • Monitor stock, ordering, and cost control
  • Provide outstanding customer service to pupils, staff, and visitors
  • Develop creative ideas to grow and enhance the offer

About you:

  • Proven experience in catering, hospitality, or street food/mobile catering
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills

  • Full, clean UK driving licence (essential)
