Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a Partnerships Manager to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced partnerships, account management or relationship management professional to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of commercial partnerships, developing relationships, identifying opportunities and ensuring partners and customers receive an excellent level of service.
About the Role
As Partnerships Manager, you will manage and develop a diverse portfolio of partnerships and commercial products. You'll work closely with external partners and internal teams to maximise opportunities, support the delivery of promotions and ensure products and services continue to provide value to customers.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the day-to-day relationship with a portfolio of external partners
- Maintaining and developing existing partnerships, while identifying opportunities for growth
- Managing a range of commercial products, offers and services
- Coordinating promotional activity and maintaining relevant schedules and calendars
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure promotions and product developments are delivered effectively
- Monitoring KPIs, market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities
- Preparing written briefs and communicating product developments to relevant internal teams
- Providing information and support to customer-facing teams, responding to queries both verbally and in writing
- Supporting promotional and marketing activity where required, including copywriting and campaign input
- Building strong working relationships across internal departments and ensuring effective communication between teams and partners
- Looking for ways to improve existing partnerships, promotions and customer experience
About You
We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware relationship manager who enjoys building strong partnerships and identifying opportunities to improve and develop existing services. You will ideally have:
- Experience working with and negotiating with external partners
- Experience within B2C marketing or commercial partnerships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to communicate at all levels
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- A proactive approach, with the initiative to identify opportunities and drive projects forward
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach
- Good numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret KPIs and produce high-quality reports
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively across different teams and departments
- Experience with Google Analytics would be advantageous
