We are seeking an organised, proactive and experienced Business Support Lead to oversee the day-to-day delivery of administrative and business support functions across the organisation. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creating structure, improving processes and ensuring operations run efficiently. You will coordinate administrative activities, support a small team and play a key role in maintaining high standards of organisation, communication and service delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily delivery of business support and administration functions
- Lead, support and coordinate a small administration team
- Allocate and monitor workloads to ensure efficiency and deadlines are met
