HGV Class 2 Driver – Livingston People Solutions are currently recruiting for an HGV Class 2 Driver – Livingston to join our well-established client based in Livingston .
This is a fantastic opportunity offering consistent weekday work, excellent rates of pay, and ongoing opportunities with a reputable transport operation.
This role would suit candidates with experience as an HGV Class 2 Driver, Category C Driver, Multi-Drop Driver, Delivery Driver, or Pallet Network Driver.

Day-to-Day Duties As an HGV Class 2 Driver, your duties will include
- Delivering palletised goods to customers throughout the local area
- Completing approximately 14 drops per day
- Carrying out kerbside deliveries
- Using tail lifts and forklift unloading facilities at delivery points
- Operating an electric pallet truck safely and efficiently
- Completing vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
- Providing excellent customer service at all delivery locations
- Adhering to all transport legislation and company procedures
- Essential Skills The essential skills required to be an HGV Class 2 Driver include:
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence
- Valid CPC qualification card
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Good understanding of driver regulations and tachograph legislation
- Reliable and punctual approach to work
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage delivery schedules effectively
Desirable Experience
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience
- Previous pallet network delivery experience
- Experience using electric pallet trucks
