The role of a Care Assistant:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.
- Assist with medication administration and recording.
- Support residents with daily living activities and routines.
- Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship.
- Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement.
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being.
- Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care.
About you:
- You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
- No experience needed - full training provided.
- Compassionate, patient and great with people.
- Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
- Able to work alternate weekends.
This position is working 36 hours per week to include alternating weekends. Whether you're listening to residents' wonderful life stories, helping with daily routines, or simply being a friendly face that brightens their day, you'll be making a real difference to their lives.
