Contract: Temporary to Permanent (8-week temporary period with permanent position available)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced TIG Pipe Welder to join our clients team based in Dundee. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled welder looking for a long-term position, starting on an 8-week temporary contract with the view to moving into a permanent role for the right candidate.
The Role: As a TIG Pipe Welder, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating pipework to a high standard, working from engineering drawings and specifications. You will be involved in producing quality welds across a range of pipe fabrication projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- TIG welding of pipework components
- Working with stainless steel, carbon steel and alloy materials
- Reading and working from engineering drawings
- Carrying out high-quality welds to required standards
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements
- Supporting general fabrication activities when required
The Ideal Candidate: We are looking for candidates with experience as a:
- TIG Pipe Welder
- Coded Pipe Welder
- TIG Welder
- Pipe Welder
- Welder/Fabricator
- TIG/MMA Welder
You should have experience with:
- TIG welding pipework
- Fabrication and assembly
- Working within an engineering/manufacturing environment
- Producing consistent, high-quality welds
Desirable Background: Candidates with experience in the following industries are encouraged to apply:

Requirements:
- Proven TIG welding experience
