Role Overview We are seeking a highly capable Technology Strategy Partner to support our clients in aligning their business objectives with effective technology strategies.
This is a strategic, client-facing, in-house role involving both office-based work and regular on-site client engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with internal technology teams and client stakeholders, helping translate technical insight into clear, practical business value.

Reporting Line This role will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
You will work closely with senior leadership and internal technology teams to support client strategy and ensure alignment across the business.
Key Responsibilities - Support delivery of technology strategies and roadmaps aligned to client business goals
- Assist in identifying opportunities for optimisation and adoption of new technologies including AI
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication and site visits
- Support and contribute to strategy reviews and planning sessions
- Maintain organised documentation including roadmaps, actions, and improvement plans
- Work closely with internal teams to translate technical solutions into business discussions.

Qualifications & Experience Essential Experience - Proven experience in an IT, technology, or MSP environment
- Experience working in a client-facing role, managing relationships and communication
- Ability to understand and confidently discuss technical concepts with non-technical stakeholders who are senior management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience supporting or contributing to technology strategy, planning, or service discussions
- Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and trust
- Experience working in a structured, process-driven environment
- Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
Desirable Experience - Experience in a Technology Strategy, Account Management, or IT advisory role
- Exposure to strategic conversations or roadmap planning with clients
- Experience working across multiple clients or accounts
- Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI and cloud solutions
- Experience supporting client retention or account growth initiatives
Qualifications - Industry certifications (desirable but not essential), such as: Microsoft certifications ITIL Foundation Other relevant IT or service management certifications Working Environment In-house role with a mix of office-based and regular client site visits.
Travel is a key part of the role.
