The Role:- Manage the day-to-day operations of the electronics production facility
- Plan and schedule production to meet customer delivery requirements
- Lead and develop a production team of 35 operatives
- Monitor production quality, safety and operational performance
- Allocate labour and resources to maximise efficiency
- Ensure production processes comply with ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
- Background in a senior production role
- Experience in electronics, or electrical manufacturing
