Premier Compliance UK LTD is an industry leader in ventilation hygiene, fire safety, and compliance services. We specialise in passive fire and ventilation ductwork cleaning. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional looking to join a growing company that values expertise, dependability, and innovation. All certified training, uniform, and equipment are provided.

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Additional weekend work may be required and will be paid as overtime. A mix of both day and night shifts, including occasional weekend work.

Main Duties: We are seeking an experienced Duct Fitter with ventilation installation experience who is also multi-skilled and capable of supporting various site tasks. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and fully competent in all aspects of ductwork installation and general building tasks. A strong understanding of project requirements and the ability to foresee and resolve site-based issues is essential. Experience in the installation and remediation of fire dampers is highly desirable.

Essential Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret and work from mechanical drawings
  • Strong understanding of HVAC, fire dampers
  • Ability to provide accurate technical hand-drawn schematics and measurements
  • Experience installing ductwork and fire dampers
  • CSCS card
  • Experience with installation of spiral, rectangular, and square ductwork
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and regulations
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and make informed decisions
  • Full UK driving licence
  • High level of numeracy and literacy
  • IT proficiency

Desirable: NVQ in duct installation (If not currently held, Premier Compliance UK LTD will invest in this qualification upon successful completion of the 3-month probation period)

  • Install and maintain ductwork systems for HVAC applications, ensuring compliance with schematics and safety standards.

  • Apply mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to troubleshoot and resolve installation issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Maintain a valid driving license for transportation to job sites as required.
