Routes Healthcare is building a specialist Regional Complex Care team. This is not standard domiciliary care. You'll use advanced clinical skills daily while working as part of a dedicated specialist team.
The Role:
- Support clients with complex needs across multiple locations
- Tracheotomy care, suction, ventilation, spinal injury support
- Travel across the region (mileage fully reimbursed)
- 24/7 clinical support from our on-call team
